The Bank can give permission to certain people to use special words in their name or title. You might get this permission if you are a licensed deposit taker, a bank from another country, connected to a licensed deposit taker, or someone who provides financial services. The Bank will send you a written notice if they give you this permission, which allows you to use a name or title with a restricted word.
