35Bank may direct that person may not be reappointed

  1. If the Bank acts under section 34, the Bank may give a direction that the director or senior manager may not be reappointed as a director or senior manager of the licensed deposit taker—

  2. at any time; or
    1. for a period specified by the Bank; or
      1. until 1 or more things specified by the Bank occur (for example, the director or senior manager receives a specified qualification).
