The High Court in New Zealand has the power to make decisions on cases related to the Deposit Takers Act 2023. You can go to the High Court for help with most issues under this Act. However, some cases are handled differently, such as when someone breaks the law, or when certain specific sections of the Act are involved, like subpart 5, section 197(4), section 206, section 393, or section 474.
