446Restrictions on further disclosure of information

  1. If information is published or disclosed to a person under section 442(2)(c), the person may publish, disclose, or use the information only—

  2. for the purposes of, or in connection with, functions, powers, or duties referred to in section 442(2)(c); and
    1. in accordance with any conditions imposed by the Bank.
      1. If information is published or disclosed to a person under section 442(2)(e), the person may publish, disclose, or use the information only if the publication, disclosure, or use—

      2. is authorised by the Bank and is in accordance with any conditions imposed by the Bank; or
        1. is for the purposes of, or in connection with, the functions, powers, or duties of a person under any legislation.
          1. If information is published or disclosed to a person under section 442(2)(f), the person may publish, disclose, or use the information only in accordance with the conditions of the consent (if any).
