The Bank decides what the register of licensed deposit takers looks like and can change it if needed. You can find information about each licensed deposit taker in the register, including their name, the date their licence was issued, and their current credit rating under subpart 1 of Part 3. The register also includes a summary of certain licence conditions as referred to in section 92 and other information prescribed by the regulations.

The Bank can also add a summary of conditions or standards that apply to a deposit taker, and any other information they think is relevant. The register is where you can find all this information about licensed deposit takers. The Bank is in charge of keeping the register up to date and making sure it has all the required information.

You can look at the register to find out more about licensed deposit takers, including their credit ratings from rating agencies and any conditions on their licences.
