The Bank can end a resolution manager's appointment at any time and for any reason. You will know this has happened because the Bank must send a written notice to the resolution manager. The notice must say when the termination starts and it must be published in the Gazette. The Bank must give the notice on or before the termination date. If the resolution manager is working for more than one person, the Bank can end their appointment for one or all of those people. You can find more information about this by looking at the related legislation. The Bank has the power to make these decisions about resolution managers. You can find the details of how this works in the Deposit Takers Act 2023. This is how the Bank can end a resolution manager's appointment.
