444Offence to make unauthorised disclosure

  1. A member of the board of the Bank, the Governor, any other office holder of the Bank, or any employee of the Bank who intentionally or recklessly discloses information in contravention of section 442 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year or to a fine not exceeding $100,000 (or both).
