"How long a water services delivery plan covers"

A water services delivery plan is a document that you will see covering a certain period of time. You will notice it must cover at least 10 financial years, starting from the 2024-25 financial year. The plan can also include information for up to 20 more years if it talks about what is needed to invest in water services infrastructure or to support future housing growth and urban development.

You will find that the plan gives detailed information about the first three financial years it covers. It tells you what is happening in those years. For the years after that, the plan gives you a general outline of what is planned.

The plan is made to help you understand what is going to happen with water services in your area over a long period of time.
