Water services delivery plans: Submission of water services delivery plan

18Plan must be submitted to Secretary for acceptance

  1. A territorial authority or a group of 2 or more territorial authorities (as the case may be) must submit its water services delivery plan to the Secretary—

  2. no later than 1 year after the date on which this section comes into force; or
    1. on or before a later date specified by the Minister under section 19.
      1. Each water services delivery plan that is submitted to the Secretary for acceptance must include a certification that—

      2. the plan complies with this Act; and
        1. the information contained in the plan is true and accurate.
          1. The certification must be made,—

          2. in the case of a joint water services delivery plan, by the chief executive of each authority to which the plan relates, in respect of the information provided by that authority; and
            1. in any other case, by the chief executive of the territorial authority to which the plan relates.
