Local Government (Water Services Preliminary Arrangements) Act 2024

Water services delivery plans and foundational information disclosure requirements - Water services delivery plans - Acceptance of water services delivery plan

21: Publication of accepted water services delivery plan

You could also call this:

"Making a water plan public after it's been accepted"

When the Secretary tells you that your water services delivery plan is accepted, you must publish it as soon as you can. You do this by putting the plan on your internet site if it is just for your area. If the plan is for more than one area, you and the other areas must put it on each of your internet sites. The Secretary also gives a copy of the plan to the Commission and Taumata Arowai at the same time they tell you the plan is accepted. You get the plan accepted and then you make it public so people can see it.
