79Content of Part 1 of Watercare charter

  1. Minimum service quality standards contained in Part 1 of a Watercare charter (see section 78(a)(i)) may relate to 1 or more of the following:

    1. the performance of Watercare’s water supply network:
      1. the performance of Watercare’s wastewater network:
        1. the delivery of Watercare’s capital investment.
