13Permits for access to specially protected areas
No person shall enter or remain in any specially protected area, except under the authority of and in accordance with a permit issued by the Minister under this section.
The Minister may from time to time issue a permit under this section to 1 or more persons granting access to any specially protected area and may amend or revoke any such permit at any time.
Every such permit shall contain such conditions as the Minister determines.
No permit issued under this section shall be inconsistent with the management plan for the park.
Every person commits an offence against this Act who—
- enters or remains in any specially protected area, except under the authority of a permit issued under this section; or
- fails to comply with any condition contained in any such permit.
