You are looking at a law about coroners. A coroner is someone who investigates deaths. They can write down what they have found out so far before they finish their investigation. They must follow the rules stated in section 57 when doing this. You need to know that the coroner can ask another coroner to write down the findings if they are not available. The findings must be written in a special form that the coroner has approved. The coroner must explain why they have come to their conclusions. The coroner must send their findings to the Secretary after they have finished writing them down.
