The Governor-General can make regulations for certain purposes. You need to know that these regulations can be about things like salaries and fees for people who work under this Act. The Governor-General can also make regulations for other matters that are necessary for this Act to work properly. You can find out more about what regulations are and how they are published by looking at Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019. Regulations made under this section are a type of secondary legislation.
