106AAttorney-General to publish information concerning coronial appointment process

  1. The Attorney-General must publish information explaining his or her processes for—

  2. seeking expressions of interest for the appointment of coroners and associate coroners; and
    1. nominating people for appointment as a coroner or an associate coroner.
      1. The processes under subsection (1) may be different for coroners and associate coroners.
