You need to know what the Retirement Commissioner does before making some recommendations. The Commissioner must tell the public where to find some important documents for free. These documents are about a draft code of practice or a proposed variation. You can find these documents at certain places or on the Commissioner's website. The Commissioner must also say when the last day is for people to give their written thoughts on the documents. This last day must be at least one month after the notice is published. The Commissioner's website must have the same information that is in the public notice. This way, you can easily access the information you need from the Commissioner's website or from the specified places.
