You need a registered office in New Zealand for a retirement village. This office is the place listed in the register under Schedule 1. The description of the office must state its address. You also need to give more details if the office is at another firm's offices. This includes saying whose offices it is and where it is in the building. If the office is in a building with other people, you need to say where it is in the building. The register is maintained under Schedule 1. You can find more information about this in the legislation. The details of the registered office are important for a retirement village.
