You can be exempt from having a statutory supervisor if the Registrar is satisfied with your application. The Registrar looks at the criteria set out in section 104 to decide. You apply by filling out a form and paying a fee. You might get exempt for a certain time and with certain conditions. The Registrar can change or cancel the exemption if things change. This happens if the reason for the exemption is no longer valid or you do not follow the conditions. The Registrar will tell you as soon as possible if your exemption is changed or cancelled. They make this decision based on their own judgement. You will know what is happening with your exemption because the Registrar gives you notice.
