7Obligations of operator

  1. If obligations are imposed on the operator of a retirement village by this Act,—

  2. each operator of that retirement village must perform the obligation or ensure that it is performed; and
    1. each director or trustee of that operator and the person appointed as the manager of the village must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the obligation is performed.
