56Form of dispute notice

  1. A dispute notice must—

  2. be written; and
    1. identify the decision or decisions, or matters, in respect of which it is made; and
      1. identify the person or persons in respect of whom it is made, if not the operator; and
        1. state the grounds on which it is made; and
          1. state the efforts that have been made to resolve the dispute.
            1. A dispute notice is valid if it substantially complies with subsection (1).
