This page is about a bill. That means that it's not the law yet, but some people want it to be the law. It could change quickly, and some of the information is just a draft.

Fast-track Approvals Bill

Fast-track approval approvals process for eligible projects - Process for panel consideration of substantive application - Substantive applications

24E: Scope of information required

You could also call this:

“What information you need to give for a fast-track approval”

When you need to provide information for a fast-track approval, you must give enough details to match how big and important the things are that will be looked at when deciding whether to give you the approvals you want. This includes any bad effects that might happen because of what you’re planning to do.

When you’re thinking about how much information to give, you should also think about any ideas you have for dealing with the bad effects by following certain rules or conditions.
