If you had your application suspended under section 64(3), you can ask the EPA to start processing it again. You need to make this request in writing. If you make this request, the panel must start processing your application again. The panel can also decide to start processing your application again without you asking them to, under section 66(2)(b).

When the panel starts processing your application again, the EPA will send a written notice to the people who were told about the suspension under section 64(4). This notice will say when the panel started processing your application again. If you are one of the people who received notice about the suspension under section 64(4)(b) or (c), you will have to start processing the application again when you get this notice.
