78: Appropriate Minister may specify standard conditions

You could also call this:

“Minister can set rules for certain land activities to protect the government”

The appropriate Minister for certain lands can decide on standard conditions that must be included when approving specific activities. These conditions apply to situations described in clauses 9 and 33 of Schedule 6, and clause 10 of Schedule 11.

When the Minister sets these conditions, they must be ones that they think will help manage risks to the government and protect it from potential problems that might come from giving approval for these activities.
