50Panel convener sets up panel

  1. The panel convener must set up a panel in accordance with Schedule 3 for each substantive application that the panel convener receives from the EPA.

  2. If a substantive application relates to a priority project, the panel convener must set up a panel for that application before setting up a panel for any substantive application that does not relate to a priority project.
