84AConditions relating to infrastructure

  1. The panel may set conditions to ensure that the infrastructure in the project area or other infrastructure the project will rely on is or can be made adequate to support—

  2. the project; or
    1. the stage of the project to which the application relates.
      1. This section applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other powers to set conditions under this Act.

      2. To avoid doubt, a condition set under this section may impose an obligation on the applicant only.
