Schedule 1 of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 is being changed. The change removes clauses 4 to 9 from the schedule. It also removes the heading that comes before clause 4. This means that these parts of the schedule will no longer be part of the law. When you look at Schedule 1 now, you won't see these clauses or the heading anymore.
