You can stop your request to exchange land at any time before the Director-General of Conservation gives their report. To do this, you need to write a notice. You must send this notice to the EPA and the Director-General of Conservation. If you decide to stop after people have been asked to give their thoughts about the exchange, you also need to let those people know in writing.
