32APre-lodgement consultation with Director-General of Conservation

  1. Before lodging a land exchange application under section 33, the authorised person for the project must consult the Director-General of Conservation.

  2. If there is more than 1 authorised person for a project, any 1 of the authorised persons may comply with subsection (1) on behalf of all of them.
