24: Registrability of trade mark that contains representations of Royal Family

You could also call this:

"Rules for trade marks with pictures of the Queen or Royal Family"

You need to know about a rule for trade marks that have pictures of the Queen or her family. If you want to register a trade mark with a picture of the Queen or any of her family members, you must get their permission first. This also applies if your trade mark has something that looks like them. The person in charge of trade marks, called the Commissioner, is not allowed to register your trade mark unless you have this permission. This rule helps protect the images of the Royal Family.
