If you want to get a new certificate of registration for your trade mark, you can ask the Commissioner for one. You need to do two things. First, you need to fill out an application form in the way they tell you to. Second, you might need to pay a fee if there is one. If you do these two things, the Commissioner must give you a new certificate to replace your old one.
