Trade Marks Act 2002

Legal proceedings - Criminal proceedings - Orders for delivery up in criminal proceedings

131: Rights of persons with interest in goods or other object

You could also call this:

"People with an interest in goods involved in a legal case can speak up and appeal decisions"

If someone has an interest in goods or objects that are part of a legal case under section 128, they have some important rights. You can be part of the court proceedings for an order about those goods or objects, even if you weren't officially told about it. You also have the right to appeal any decision made by the court, even if you didn't take part in the original proceedings. These rights apply to anyone who has an interest in the goods or objects involved in the case.
