51Commissioner's requirements on registration

  1. On the registration of a trade mark, the Commissioner must—

  2. enter, on the register, the actual date of registration and the deemed date of registration; and
    1. issue to the applicant a certificate of registration; and
      1. in the case of an application for the registration of a series of trade marks, register the trade marks as a series in 1 registration.
