Border protection measures: Notice of infringing sign
137Notice may be given to chief executive
A person who is the owner of a registered trade mark may give a notice in writing to the chief executive that—
- claims that he or she is the owner of a trade mark that is registered in respect of the goods specified in the notice; and
- requests the chief executive to detain any goods, on or in physical relation to which an infringing sign is used, that are, or at any time come into, the control of the Customs.
