Trade Marks Act 2002

Administrative provisions and miscellaneous - Miscellaneous - Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand

188: Opening hours of Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand

You could also call this:

"When the office for trademarks is open and closed"

The Commissioner can decide when the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand is open and closed. They can set the opening hours and choose to close the office on any day. When the Commissioner makes these decisions, they have to let everyone know about the opening hours and any closures. They do this by making a public announcement.

If you need to do something at the Intellectual Property Office by a certain day or within a specific time, but the office is closed on that day, don't worry. You can do it on the next day the office is open, and it will still count as being on time.
