Trade Marks Act 2002

Legal proceedings - Criminal proceedings - Orders for delivery up in criminal proceedings

133: Miscellaneous court orders if more than 1 person interested in goods or other object

You could also call this:

"Court decisions when many people have interest in goods"

If more than one person is interested in goods or objects related to an application under section 128, the court can make different decisions. The court can order that the goods or objects be sold or handled in another way, and then divide the money from this among the interested people. The court can also make any other decision it thinks is right for the situation. This helps when multiple people have a claim or interest in the same goods or objects involved in a legal case.
