Part 4Legal proceedings
Miscellaneous: Appeals
170Appeals in relation to Commissioner's decisions
A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner under this Act may appeal to the court.
If you're not happy with a decision made by the Commissioner under this law, you can appeal to the court. This means you can ask the court to look at the decision again. You can do this if the Commissioner's decision has upset or affected you in some way. The court will then review the decision to see if it was correct.
