Trade Marks Act 2002

Legal proceedings - Civil proceedings for infringement - Orders for delivery up in civil proceedings

114: When order under section 110 takes effect

You could also call this:

"When a court's decision about trademarks becomes official"

When a court makes an order under section 110, it doesn't start working right away. You need to wait for one of two things to happen before the order takes effect. The first possibility is that you wait until the time for someone to say they want to appeal the decision is over. The second possibility is that if someone does appeal, you wait until that appeal process is completely finished or given up on. Only after one of these two things happens will the order actually start working.
