1Title and commencement

This Act is the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990.
Part 1 shall come into force on the expiry of 3 months after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent.
Part 2 shall come into force on 16 December 1990.
Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
