The Director-General can set up a group to give advice on regulated products. You might wonder what kind of people would be in this group. The Director-General gets to choose who is in the group and what rules they follow. When choosing people for the group, the Director-General must think about whether they know about things like the good and bad effects of alternative tobacco and nicotine products. The group can decide how it wants to work, as long as it follows the rules in the Act and any other rules it is given.
