20FAProhibition of disposable vaping devices

  1. A person must not sell, offer for sale, manufacture, supply, or distribute a disposable vaping device.

  2. A person who without reasonable excuse contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding,—

  3. for a notifier or large retailer, $400,000; and
    1. for any other person, $50,000.
