98Offence to obstruct enforcement officers, intentionally fail to comply with section 93, or give false and misleading information

  1. A person commits an offence, and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, if the person—

  2. intentionally obstructs, hinders, or resists an enforcement officer exercising or attempting to exercise powers under section 93 or 94; or
    1. intentionally fails to comply with a requirement under section 93; or
      1. when required to give information by or under this Act, gives information that the person knows to be false or misleading.
