63How to notify product

  1. A notifier must notify the notifiable product by entering on the database—

  2. the notifier’s contact details; and
    1. a description of the product and its parts (including its substances) in accordance with regulations; and
      1. a declaration by the notifier that the product complies with the requirements referred to in section 62.
        1. A person who, without reasonable excuse, provides false or misleading information in notifying a notifiable product commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $50,000.
