When you are getting help because of an intellectual disability, a co-ordinator is in charge of making sure you get the right care. The co-ordinator might decide to have a meeting, called a case conference, to talk about your care. You, and the people who help you, might be invited to this meeting, which can be in person or over the phone, and it is related to what is said in section 21.
