52Rights in case of visual or audio recording
Every care recipient is entitled to be informed if it is intended to make or use a videotape or other visual or audio recording of the following matters:
- an interview with the care recipient:
- an aspect of the care of the care recipient.
Nothing referred to in subsection (1) may be done without the prior consent of the care recipient or a guardian of the care recipient or, if the care recipient is dead, the care recipient's personal representative.
