26: Care programme

You could also call this:

"A care programme is a plan that outlines the care and support you will receive."

When you have a care and rehabilitation plan, it must include a care programme. This programme sets out what care you will get and how it will be provided. It covers things like what the care is trying to achieve and how it will be done.

Your care programme also says what kind of care you will get in general. It looks at how much security is needed to keep you and others safe. This is all part of making sure you get the right care and support.
