146Designation of specialist assessors and medical consultants

  1. The Director-General of Health may, by notice in writing, designate on any terms and conditions specified in the notice—

  2. health or disability professionals who are suitably qualified and experienced as specialist assessors for the purposes of this Act; and
    1. 1 or more medical practitioners as medical consultants for the purposes of section 62(3).
