If you are a care recipient with a court order, your condition must be checked regularly. This check is done at certain times, including when a report about your care and rehabilitation plan is due, which is usually linked to what is said in section 72. Your condition is also checked every six months and before your court order ends.

It is your care manager's job to make sure these checks happen. They must ensure your condition is reviewed at the right times. This is an important part of your care.

Your care manager is responsible for making sure you get the checks you need. They have to follow the rules about when these checks should happen. This helps keep you safe and getting the right care.
