28Care and rehabilitation plan may be varied

  1. The co-ordinator and the responsible care manager of a care recipient may from time to time vary the care and rehabilitation plan of the care recipient, but—

  2. every variation must be consistent with any court order affecting the care recipient; and
    1. in the case of a care recipient subject to an order under section 45, no variation of the care programme included in the care and rehabilitation plan is effective without the approval of the Family Court.
