The Commission can accept a written promise from you or someone acting for you. This promise is about something to do with enforcing the Fair Trading Act. You can change or take back the promise if the Commission agrees. The Commission's decision is based on what you write in your promise. You must get the Commission's consent to change or withdraw your promise. You can find more information about this in section 69J of another related law.
