TAB New Zealand

64: Annual report

You could also call this:

“TAB NZ must write a yearly report about their activities and share it with important people”

You need to know about TAB NZ’s annual report. TAB NZ is a group that deals with racing in New Zealand. Every year, they have to write a report about what they’ve done. They give this report to the Minister and to each racing code as soon as they can after the racing year ends.

The report has to include some important things. It needs to have TAB NZ’s financial statements, which show how they’ve used their money. It also needs to include a report from an auditor who checks these statements. The report must also talk about what TAB NZ is doing to help people who might have problems with gambling.

After the Minister gets the report and the financial statements, they have to show it to the House of Representatives. The House of Representatives is where New Zealand’s laws are made. The Minister needs to do this as soon as they can.
